Shipping policy

Yes, we ship worldwide. We aim to proceed your order within 5 working days. However, be aware of a longer delivery time due to the holidays and sale. The estimated delivery time is dependant on the country. Our orders will be shipped by PostNL, DHL, DPD, UPS or FedEx, depending on the country. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped. Please note that it may take up to 48 hours before the tracking number can be updated online. All shipping prices are including VAT.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICIES 
Ordering products from our website for delivery to an international destination may be subjected to import duties and taxes. You will be responsible for payment of such import duties and taxes. International orders may also be subjected to custom clearance procedures, which may cause delays beyond original estimates. When ordering from Farlø Palù, you must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods. Farlø Palù will not be liable or responsible if you break any law.

CHECKUP 
We recommend you to check the delivered products once you receive your order, to assure the products are in "as expected" condition. In the case that the products or not in "has expected" condition, please mail to info@farlopalu.com as soon as possible. Please provide all necessary information (order number, contact details and problem description) and we require to include a photographic confirmation.

ADDITIONAL POLICY 
Farlø Palù  is not responsible for items lost or stolen in transit. All risks associated are assumed by the courier. Farlø Palù will not be held responsible for a delay in shipment caused by weather conditions, international customs issues or any other circumstances beyond the control of the company.

PRODUCT APPEARANCE 
The images of the products on the website are for illustrative purposes only. Although, we have given every effort to display the colours precisely, we cannot guarantee that your screen's display can precisely display the colour of the products. Your products may very slightly vary in colour from those images. Also, the packaging of the products may very slightly vary from that is shown on the images on the website.

UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES 
If the delivery is rejected for any reason or considered undeliverable because of an invalid shipping address, the package is called undeliverable. In these cases, we are not responsible for packages that have been lost, stolen or misdelivered. However, we will do our best to find your package in co-operation with the shipping company. 

OUTSIDE OF EUROPE 
Packages will be shipped using one of our shipping services. Customs, taxes and duties may still apply. All duties and/or taxes are the full responsibility of the customer and are not collected by Farlø Palù, nor included in the order total.
