Returns & refunds
The return policy is very easy. Please ensure you enclose a completed returns form with your order. Before you send back the product(s), please check the terms and guidelines. We will issue a refund or online store credit.
- All products must be returned within 14 days of receipt.
- All products must be unworn and unwashed.
- All products must have all original Farlø Palù tags still attached.
- Shipping back to our warehouse is at the customer's own cost.
- Please make sure all returned items are well packaged in original package(s)
- We cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in the return transit, therefore we advise you to return packages with a trackable, insured service.
- If any item is returned from outside the EU, clearly mark the package "RETURNED GOODS".
- Please make sure that the returns form is enclosed with your goods, no form may result in your return not being processed.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven't received a refund yet, please check your account balance with the payment method you used. Please be aware that it always takes processing time before a refund is issued. If you have already contacted your payment carriers and banks and you have not gotten your refund yet, please mail us on our email info@farlopalu.com.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@farloplau.com and send your item to: Farlø Palù, De Werf 40, 2544EK Den Haag, Netherlands.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Who Are We
Farlø Palù was created in 2018 and described as a ready-to-wear label, focused on the combination of clean-cut garments and simple yet modern designs. We are inspired by the Scandinavian and French culture and designs, which are translated into our collections. Our collection is presented as gender-neutral, which is also experienced at our website.
The products are created by using fabrics and crafts from Portugal. We aim for the highest quality and desire to deliver our customers more than expected.
What Do We Stand For
We care about the environment and the climate change. Therefore, when it came to produce our collections, we always took the environmental consequences in consideration. From fabric to labels, hangtags and bags.
We realize there is a contradiction in the fashion industry with sustainability. Therefore, with every collection we are very conscious in our sourcing and production phases. We also fight over consumption, by making high quality items, which lasts for a long time.
