How do I know what size I am?
To best gauge your appropriate size, please refer to the sizing chart for the particular item you’re interested in. This can be found directly on the respective product page. Or send us a message or dm and we are happy to help you out :)
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept iDEAL, Paypal, Visa Debit, Visa and Mastercard.
What courier providers do you use?
Our orders will be shipped by "PostNL, DHL, DPD or UPS depending on the the country.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. You will find more information on our Shipping page.
Can multiple orders be combined?
Due to high volume of orders we cannot combine orders. Please be sure to place all desired items in the cart before checking out.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Standard domestic shipments usually take 1-2 business days to arrive. International shipments typically take 4-10 business days to arrive. Please note, time may vary due to weather, customs, or any unforeseen variables.
How do I exchange or return an item?
The return policy is very easy. We will accept returns for any reason and issue a refund or online store credit. To exchange or return an item, please follow the instructions located on our Return & Refunds page. Please note items purchased during seasonal sales cannot be returned or exchanged.
Will I have to pay for return shipping?
Shipping charges and tax on shipping are not refundable. Shipping back to our warehouse is at the customers' own cost.
When do I get my refund?
Returns will be processed approximately 8 to 10 business days after we receive your return.
I am placing an international order. Does the shipping cost include the customs, duties and/or taxes?
Customs, duties and taxes are not included in the item price or shipping cost. We ship all international orders delivery duties unpaid (ddu), which means any fees are charged once the parcel reaches its destination and must be paid by the recipient. Unfortunately these fees are beyond our control, and at this moment we are unable to cover them for our customers.
I have received a defective product. What should I do?
Please contact info@farlopalu.com as soon as possible. Please provide us your full name, order number and any other detail due to the defective products.
I just placed an order, can I cancel it?
Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel any order once they are placed.
Can I edit/modify my order after it has been placed?
Unfortunately, after an order is placed we are unable to make any edits.
I've added the incorrect shipping address, how do I change it?
You must contact customer service to change your shipping address. The shipping address can only be changed before the order has shipped. Unfortunately you cannot update your shipping address yourself after the order has been placed.
How do I receive the latest information or early bird codes for the next collection?
All the latest information or launches will be communicated via our Social Media Channels (Instagram and Facebook) and Newsletter. Sign up as a customer, or enter your email address in the bottom section of the site to receive our newsletters and/or early bird codes.
